Want to start improving your brain efficiency?
A businessman who is busy juggling a huge number of tasks, or a housewife who is busy running around cleaning, doing laundry, and raising children.
Most people try to be more efficient by keeping their brains "in full swing," but being constantly busy is very unhealthy for the brain.
When it comes to brain efficiency, recent research has revealed that the brain is about 15 times more active when you let your mind wander than when you use it at full capacity.
The CD, supervised by a medical doctor, features a relaxed tempo, soft tones, and a "hazy" sound sprinkled with a touch of tropical flair.
Why not actively incorporate some time into your daily life to "daydream" while listening to music and activate your brain?

Album " Music for Relieving Fatigue "

Supervisor: Yasuyoshi Watanabe (RIKEN/Osaka City University, PhD)
Yosuke Kataoka (RIKEN/Osaka City University, PhD)
●Composition, sound and production: Mitsuhiro
This song was designed and produced as a support tool for relieving fatigue, helping to prevent and reduce the accumulation of fatigue.
The music was produced under the supervision of experts in fatigue medicine, and after undergoing mood measurement surveys and verification tests of physiological indicators such as the autonomic nervous system, and the "healing and relaxing effects" of music have been proven.
This music is based on sounds that evoke nature, such as birdsong and the babbling of a stream, and offers a sense of freedom like taking a deep breath in the forest while feeling the swaying of the wind, a comforting melody like being in a warm sunlit spot, and is a pleasant sensation for both the ears and the soul.
We hope that we can help make your time on the train more comfortable.
In addition, the results of research using the CD "Music for Relieving Fatigue" were published in the international academic journal "Frontiers in Neuroscience" (March 10, 2017), and a press release was made by the joint development group, RIKEN and Osaka City University.
