National Park Nature Sounds
Official National Park Partner
Della is a partnership between the Ministry of the Environment and companies to promote the appeal of national parks to the world.
In December 2023, we signed the "National Park Official Partnership," a program aimed at increasing the number of people using national parks from both within Japan and overseas.

As part of our official partnership with the National Parks,
This time, we have simultaneously released two new recordings digitally : "Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park (Natural Sounds)" and "Seto Inland Sea National Park (Natural Sounds)."

Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park
This high-quality recording features a variety of natural sounds (birdsong, waves on the beach, wind, etc.) freshly recorded in the vibrant Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park (Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures) in early summer this year.

Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park was one of the first national parks designated in Japan.
The huge calderas produce a variety of energetic and beautiful natural sounds.

Among them, the recording was made early in the morning at Oike Wild Bird Forest, located in the Kirishima area in the northern part of the park.
The unique call of the ruddy kingfisher on Tr.2, "Early Morning Ruddy Kingfisher," is a precious track that symbolizes the summer tropical forest.

Setonaikai National Park

The film was shot in midsummer across five prefectures - Yamaguchi, Hiroshima, Ehime, Kagawa, and Okayama - at Setonaikai National Park, the largest national park in Japan, spanning one prefecture and ten prefectures. It tightly captures the rich nature in which humans coexist.

Tr.1, "Morning on Shodoshima (Mikasayama, Shodoshima, Kagawa Prefecture)," includes the ambient sounds of the harbor and ships moving about as light begins to set in the early morning sky. This is a rare recording in Della's Nature Sound Gallery series, featuring the symbiosis of humans and nature.
