Sponsored the "Mental Health Promotion" seminar to address mental health issues for workers

 Mental illnesses have been added to the four major diseases of cancer, stroke, acute myocardial infarction, and diabetes, making them the "five major diseases." The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare is working to amend the law in the fall of 2012 to require companies to take "mental health measures," such as stress checks for employees and interviews with stressed employees.

At Della, we will continue to promote awareness of mental health music, with the aim of encouraging more people to use music as a preventative measure to prevent working people from falling into mental illness.
<Seminar Report>
Held on March 5, 2012.
Despite the cold and rainy weather on the day, the seminar was held at the Asahi Shimbun Hama-Rikyu Hall, and was attended by 230 people. The seminar considered support for working people from multiple perspectives, including families and companies.
The keynote speech was given by Dr. Haruyoshi Yamamoto, Director of the Workers' Mental Health Center at Yokohama Rosai Hospital, who supervises our CDs.
 The lecturer's powerful and humorous delivery enlivened the audience, and he not only provided knowledge about mental health but also energized everyone.

In addition, at the venue, our company's music (※1) was played before, during, and after the seminar, and during breaks, allowing participants to experience the relaxing effects of music.
