Della Inc., a long-established healing music label celebrating its 51st anniversary this year, released the latest installment of its "Ultimate Chill Music" series, "Ultimate Chill Music Vol. 5.5," on Friday, March 29, 2024. The series is based on the globally popular Chillhop genre and incorporates the essence of melodic healing music centered around piano and synthesizer sounds, aiming to create soothing sounds for all generations.

■Rei Ishizuka, a composer who has worked on numerous anime music, is participating in this series for the first time.
Composer Rei Ishizuka, who has worked on numerous anime series including the ending theme for the TV anime "Attack on Titan," "A Beautiful Cruel World," the third season of "PriPara," and "Earthbound Boys and Girls," was in charge of composing and producing the soundtrack. The song features a beautiful melody and gentle beat, interspersed with pop elements.

Rei Ishizuka
After attending the Tokyo College of Music High School, he graduated from the Tokyo College of Music with a major in composition and conducting (Art Music Course). He began playing the piano and the electric organ at the age of two, and began playing the horn and composing while at university. His style is characterized by a broad worldview and clear concept derived from contemporary music, focusing on brass bands and orchestras, as well as rock and minimalism. He creates a wide range of music, from catchy background music to film scores that capture scenes and emotions.
