A music box album for sleep supervised by sleep therapist Miho Mitsuhashi.

This is a two-disc compilation album containing 30 songs from Della's alpha wave music box sound source. [DISC 1] has the theme of "Relaxing Time," and [DISC 2] has the theme of "Sleeping Time."

This album contains a wide variety of relaxing classics, as well as familiar standards from Studio Ghibli, Disney, jazz, and pop music, all with a relaxed tempo and beautiful music box tones. Recommended as background music before going to sleep.

After working as the head of research and development at a bedding manufacturer, he went independent. He has solved the sleep problems of over 10,000 people, and is particularly knowledgeable about pillows, to the point that he can tell what kind of pillow is best for you just by touching your head. In addition to giving lectures and writing all over the country, he also produces bedding and sleep aids, and coordinates hotel guest rooms. His books include "The Right Amount of Sleep: Easy Sleep Methods for Ages 65 and Up" (Seishisha) and many others.

[Release Announcement] "Sea View Scenery - Seaside Relaxation" will be released on March 29th!

This is a relaxation album that tells the story of soothing seaside scenes through music, essays, and photographs. Composer, arranger, and saxophonist Kobayashi Yohei, who was born and raised in a town with a sea view, carefully weaves a seaside story with lyrical sounds. The album is filled with unique music and the beautiful worldview of the saxophone. The accompanying booklet ( CD only) contains an essay written by Kobayashi himself, along with soothing photographs. Here you can enjoy a time enveloped in kindness that will help you return to your true self.

Close your eyes and listen to the music and you'll be transported to a relaxing time at the seaside.

A seaside story unfolds that touches the hearts of each listener.

"I have always wondered why, when we set off on our journey home in life, we sometimes suddenly want to go to a place with a view of the ocean. The scenery where the sky and the sea meet captures our hearts and never lets go. The gentle sound of the waves seeps deep into our souls. The scent of the sea awakens precious memories in our hearts. Spending time surrounded by these things, my doubts disappear and I feel like I can remember what it is that I truly value. The ocean is such an irreplaceable place to me. I have carefully woven together the feelings and emotions I have had growing up in a town with a beautiful sea view. He was born in Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture. After attending Kanagawa Prefectural Yokosuka High School and the Astrophysics Laboratory at Tokyo University of Science, he received a scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music's Film Music Department. While there, he won the Alf Clausen Award and graduated at the top of his class. After returning to Japan, he worked as a composer and arranger, composing music for numerous films, TV dramas, and news programs. He has also captivated fans as a saxophonist with his uniquely beautiful tone and worldview. His major compositions include the film "Transfer Order is for the Music Corps!" ", "The Tailor," "Just One Song," "Telling the Stars," "Saku," NHK dramas "You Can't Say It Wasn't Helpful," "Town of Evening Calm, Country of Cherry Blossoms 2018 ," "Takahashi Rumiko Theater," "Chance, " CX drama "The Fiery Manager," TBS drama " BUNGO - Japanese Literature Cinema ," MBS drama "Miss Azami's Lullaby, " NHK special "World Heritage Site Mount Fuji - The Mystery of Water," NHK-BS "International News 2014-2020 ," and many others. He is a director of the Japan Composers and Arrangers Association (JCAA) . He also teaches the next generation of composers in the music and sound design course at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music.

■ Many modern people have concerns about anxiety and self-esteem.

In today's stressful society, many people are said to be suffering from anxiety and low self-esteem. People of all ages are using multiple social media platforms extensively, weakening and complicating relationships, while the social unrest and economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic are further increasing people's anxiety. In fact, according to a mental health survey conducted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) , the percentage of Japanese people with depression symptoms rose from 7.9% in 2013 to 17.3% in 2020 , during the COVID-19 pandemic, a figure approximately 2.2 times higher.

■ We also focus on HSP, which is said to be common among Japanese people.

Numerous books have been published on HSPs (Highly Sensitive People) in recent years, and they have been gaining media attention. Often referred to as "sensitive people," HSPs are highly sensitive and have a heightened ability to perceive and process information from their senses of hearing, sight, touch, and smell. Due to their national character, a relatively high percentage of Japanese people are HSPs . HSPs are not a "disease" but a "temperament," and they are able to notice subtle changes that most people would not notice, offering numerous benefits in work and life. However, the sheer volume of information they are bombarded with can often leave them feeling exhausted and life-threatening, leading to feelings of anxiety and low self-esteem. This CD was created as a support tool to address these issues.

Music for Stress Reduction

This therapy music was created after careful testing to provide "sounds that are good for the body" to help relieve daily tension.

Mitsuhiro is an artist who is a leader in Japan's healing music scene and has a history of being in charge of an audio channel supporting long-distance international flights.The theme of his latest work for 2023 is "tension relief."
This time, with the cooperation of Futec Electronics Co., Ltd., we used the EEG measuring device "BrainProlight" and the EEG analysis software "Diary" to measure and analyze the brain waves when listening to this work, and in parallel, we conducted TDMS-ST tests before and after listening to the music to verify changes in psychological state.

[Release Announcement] The mysterious and soothing CD "Music of Jewels to Soothe the Soul," which features 12 birthstones with beautiful illustrations and sounds, will be released on February 22nd!

The music for this work was created by Yuriko Toda, a composer who has produced music for many TV dramas and movies, and was inspired by the legends, history, and meanings of the 12 birthstones. The resulting music is three-dimensional and has a strong story-telling quality, something only a soundtrack composer can offer.
The illustrations were created by CYON, a notable illustrator who won the runner-up prize at the Copic Award 2021. Combined with the music, the artwork expresses the mysterious and soothing world of jewels, evoking various bonds such as marital love and friendship.
