Regulating the autonomic nervous system - Music that promotes healthy activity

DLMF-3919

Living in modern society, the widespread use of television, computers, and smartphones means we can access any information or object at any time, anywhere.

While convenience is increasing, lifestyles are becoming more diverse, and an increasing number of people are suffering from chronic fatigue and a decrease in daytime concentration and motivation due to poor lifestyle habits such as staying up late and eating irregularly.

Taking this social background into consideration, Della has focused on the function of the "autonomic nervous system" which regulates each organ in the body, and has designed music to support "increasing the sympathetic nervous system and decreasing the parasympathetic nervous system = revitalizing the mind and body."

Under the supervision of a clinical psychologist, this product was created after verifying the effects of music on moderately enhancing sympathetic nervous activity and balancing the autonomic nervous system using physiological and psychological indicators.

This is a graph showing the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The closer you are to the blue circle, the better the balance is, and the more ideal your overall activity is.

After listening to music, the sympathetic nervous system is moderately elevated and is located within the blue circle. This indicates that the autonomic nervous system is more active and has reached an ideal, balanced state.

We compared the changes in psychological state brought about by the music on this CD depending on the timing of listening at the start of the morning. The graph compares the changes in psychological state between Group A (after waking up) and Group B (before work/tasks in the morning). In both groups, mental activity, stability, and comfort increased after listening to the music (compared to before listening to the music: p<0.001).

The album's booklet also explains lifestyle habits that will activate your sympathetic nervous system. If you've been feeling a bit down lately, or if you can't shake off the tiredness and fatigue, why not take a look at your current lifestyle habits and try incorporating some habits that suit you?

We hope that this product will contribute in some way to maintaining your physical and mental health, helping you live free, bright, and vibrant days.
