[Baby] After your baby's bath ☆
A full course of relaxation leading up to sleep
Many mothers are probably worried about their babies' ability to fall asleep, as they have trouble falling asleep or wake up multiple times during the night.
In fact, how you spend your time after a bath can affect whether your baby falls asleep or not. Here are some tips to help your baby relax from bath time to sleep.
Take care of yourself with a gentle fragrance in the bath

We adults also fall asleep more easily when we have a nice, relaxing bath time, and the same is true for babies.
During bath time, lather up a mildly scented, skin-friendly bath soap and wash your baby with your hands to make him or her feel happy.
Quick skin care after bathing

After your bath, gradually transition into relaxation mode.
During bath time, it's okay to get a little playful with your child's favorite toys, but tone it down once they get out of the bath.
Skin care time after bathing is a good opportunity to switch your baby's mood from on to off.
Your excitement will gradually subside as you gently massage your skin while applying skin care cream.
However, be careful as our bodies are designed to lower our body temperature in preparation for sleep, so it's easy to catch a chill after a bath.
Take care of your skin quickly.
Put the room into sleep mode

After taking a bath, your room will shift into sleep mode.
Rather than suddenly dimming the lights, it is recommended to gradually dim them, starting with the first level before taking a bath, the second level after skin care, and the third level after going to bed.
But even if you think, "But the lighting in my house can't be adjusted," that's okay.
First, turn off the main lights and leave only the stand lamp on, then point the stand lamp at the wall for indirect lighting.
Finally, you can adjust the brightness by turning off the lights.
Put away any toys that your child gets excited about before the bath, and even if it's the same room, make sure to organize it so that your child knows it's a bedroom and not a daytime playroom.
Turn off the TV and smartphones! Read picture books instead.

One thing you should never do after taking a bath is watch a TV, smartphone, or any other screen that emits blue light.
Exposure to blue light, which worsens the quality of your sleep, can ruin your relaxing bath time.
It's fine to play music on your smartphone or computer, but make sure the screen is out of your baby's sight.
Instead of watching TV, a good thing for moms to do before bed is to read picture books to their children.
It is recommended to use books with simple stories to put children to sleep, rather than those with monsters or scary scenes.
Be careful, though, because if the picture book is too interesting, your child's eyes may widen and they may ask you to read it over and over again.
There is a bedtime picture book and CD with a very easy-to-understand story and illustrations.
Create an atmosphere by playing background music that will help you fall asleep early

To put your baby to sleep, you should turn on the background music after bath time, not just before bedtime!
If your baby is in a good mood after a bath, try using music to help them relax even more.
The recommended CD, " Sleeping Baby, " features songs perfect for bedtime, arranged for a gentle music box sound.
There are 12 songs that babies love, including Disney, Ghibli anime, and classical music.
I would like to make it a daily habit to play this CD as background music when it's time to go to bed.
Mommy can relax while listening to music at night
Bedtime music is soothing not only for babies but also for moms.
If mom is irritated, the baby will not be able to calm down and will have a hard time falling asleep.
If the mother is relaxed, the baby will feel the same and be able to fall asleep peacefully.
