It is composed of calming and gentle melodies and natural sounds to relieve tension and anxiety.
The final song builds on the image of overcoming autonomic nervous system disorder, ending with a positive melody that takes you one step forward, maintaining a sense of exhilaration.
Please use it as a tool to relieve stress and relax your mind and body.
There are two types of autonomic nervous system: sympathetic and parasympathetic.
When we are working or studying, the sympathetic nervous system is dominant, causing tension in the mind and body, while when we are eating or sleeping, the parasympathetic nervous system is active, causing relaxation.
When daily physical and mental stress and fatigue accumulate, the autonomic nervous system can become dysfunctional and difficult to recover from.
Music acts on the autonomic nervous system and has the effect of relieving mental and physical tension and fatigue.
It is believed that listening to this CD on a daily basis will help the autonomic nervous system function normally.
●Customer testimonials
If you start listening from the first song, you will find yourself falling asleep quickly, and waking up the next morning feeling refreshed and ready to start the day.
I recommended it to a colleague at work who was suffering from insomnia, and he said it helped him sleep better.
It's gentler on the body than taking medicine, so I'd like to try other CDs as well.
The reason I bought this is that I have been suffering from facial paralysis due to stress for about two and a half years, which still continues to this day. When I listen to this CD, I feel as if my body is floating on a vast surface of water, and my hands gradually become warm, my strength relaxes, and before I know it, the twitching in my face has stopped.
I never get tired of listening to it every day. Thank you so much.
It made me feel relieved and cheerful. I also gave it as a gift to a friend who is studying for an exam!!
It helps me concentrate and makes me feel motivated.
I always wear it when I have to do household chores I don't like (like spring cleaning) to motivate myself.
I think healing is essential for housewives.
●Verification of "music that is gentle on the autonomic nervous system"
POMS is a psychological test that measures mood states using six scales, and is one of the tools used in the field of psychosomatic medicine to assess the effectiveness of treatment.
The six scales are "tension," "depression," "anger," "vigor," "fatigue," and "confusion."
We administered the POMS before and after listening to this CD and examined the changes that occurred in these six scales (Graphs 1 and 2).
After listening to the CD, people reported feeling less tense, less depressed, more energized, less tired, and less confused.
After listening to the CD, people experience less tension, less depression, less anger, more energy, and less fatigue.
For women, the increase in vitality was more pronounced.
A questionnaire survey conducted after listening to the CD revealed that many people associated this music with images such as "peace," "healing," "relaxation," and "refreshing."
Chromogranin A detected in saliva
Chromogranin A in saliva is a substance that is widely distributed in the endocrine and nervous systems, and is detected in particularly high concentrations in the adrenal medulla and pituitary gland. It is released into saliva in response to stimulation of the autonomic nervous system.
In other words, measuring chromogranin A in saliva can be used to determine the level of autonomic nervous system activity.
A decrease in salivary chromogranin A levels is understood to indicate a reduction in stress.
The level decreased from 3.7 pmol/mL before the test to 3.321 pmol/mL after the test.
This suggests that listening to this CD helped reduce mental and physical stress.
Measurements were taken at three points: before, during, and after listening to the CD.
●Before interview: 5.297 pmol/mL ●During interview: 4.31 pmol/mL ●After interview: 1.975 pmol/mL
This gradually decreased, and after listening, the number dropped to less than half.
These results show that listening to the CD has a relaxing effect on both the body and mind.
●Mechanism of the autonomic nervous system
The peripheral nervous system is divided into two types with different functions. One is the somatic nervous system, which controls the movement of body parts at will, and the other is the autonomic nervous system, which functions unconsciously and independently of human will.
The autonomic nervous system is further made up of two types: the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system, which control the organs and tissues of the entire body.
When we become nervous, we experience our heart beating fast and sweating, because the sympathetic nervous system is dominant.
It also suppresses the secretion of digestive juices and stimulates mental activity.
On the other hand, when you are relaxed, the parasympathetic nervous system is dominant.
It reduces heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, etc., and helps to reduce energy consumption.
Conversely, the secretion of digestive juices is stimulated.
In this way, the autonomic nervous system works to maintain homeostasis by promoting or reducing sweating and digestive activity.
When the body is healthy, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems function in a balanced way like a seesaw, regulating bodily functions.
However, if the mental and physical stress continues for a long time, the balance of the autonomic nervous system is disrupted, causing various physical disorders. This is known as "autonomic nervous system disorder."
The relationship between stress and the autonomic nervous system
Autonomic nervous system disorders cause chronic fatigue and weakness without any apparent cause, and various problems appear in various organs of the body.
At the same time, mental symptoms such as feeling depressed, becoming inexplicably irritable, and feeling lethargic may appear (Table 1).
These ailments vary from person to person, and the symptoms are unstable and not consistent (= vague complaints).
Symptoms are similar in men and women, but the causes are distinct.
Women are prone to "autonomic nervous system disorders" due to the effects of a decline in female hormones during menopause, and symptoms such as hot flashes, flushing, tinnitus, headaches, and lower back pain are common.
Men also experience physical symptoms such as joint pain, muscle weakness, and increased lean body mass due to hormone decline, but rather than symptoms caused by hormone decline, the main symptoms appear to be mental and psychological symptoms such as depression, irritability, fatigue, anxiety, and lethargy due to psychosocial stress.
In healthy people, fatigue will recover within 2-3 days, but if it is fatigue caused by the autonomic nervous system, it will worsen over the course of the days, making you feel reluctant to do anything.
It is possible that hospital tests may not reveal any abnormalities, leaving you feeling depressed and irritated, or anxious that your actions are not going smoothly, which can make you feel even more depressed...this can lead to a vicious cycle.

1. Song of the WindThis is a refreshing song with the wind blowing and birds singing. It gradually calms down an uplifting and unstable mood.
-
2. Quiet AfternoonThis is a song that I designed to help you take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath and relax your shoulders.
What kind of scenery do you imagine on a calm and quiet afternoon?
-
3. On FlowersA soft, fleeting flower that softens the air around it.
This is a song about such flowers.
Why not stop and feel the breath of the flowers?
You should be able to have a kind heart.
-
4. In the forestIt's a calming song that makes you feel like you're taking a walk in the forest.
Take a nap and relax your whole body.
-
5. CocoroThe place where the heart lives...
Have you shoved it away in a cold, dark room and forgotten about it?
Whether you're on a rush hour train or in the midst of a busy, stressful everyday life, your mind can choose where to live. You can even lie down on a tropical beach.
Imagine your heart living in paradise.
-
6. Warm MemoriesWhen we are feeling down, we tend to think only about unpleasant and negative things.
When that happens, try to remember the times when you had fun, were happy, and were happy.
Being grateful and thankful for all of that makes my heart warm.
The gentle and warm melody will make you feel calm. -
7. Door to TomorrowYou are strong.
No matter how slow you go, as long as you don't stop, you can take one step forward. Don't be fooled, believe in your own strength and live your life... This is the wish that I put into this song.
