The Jomon Cedar, the largest tree on Yakushima, said to be 7,200 years old, is revealed in the morning sun.

This two-disc nature series (CD+DVD) features soothing images and powerful natural sounds from the forests, mountains, seas, and skies of Japan's primeval forest, Yakushima.

The DVD includes footage of majestic nature as well as the vibrant life of lush moss, cedar buds, Yakuza macaques, and Yakuza deer, inviting you into an unknown world of healing.

The film was shot by Okinawan photographer Kiyotaka Kitajima, who also worked on "Okinawa" and "Aqua." This is a satisfying and fulfilling work that allows you to enjoy the relaxing footage and photos to your heart's content.
