Effective for preventing metabolic syndrome and weight loss!
Slow Jogging® is a new jogging method that involves running slowly at a walking pace.
This CD was produced by incorporating "Slow Jogging®," a method invented by Professor Hiroaki Tanaka of the Faculty of Sports Science at Fukuoka University, into a music program for the purpose of dieting.
The content consists of 1 minute of music at 180 BPM (a tempo that corresponds to running at 180 steps per minute), the optimum tempo for a Slow Jogging® pacemaker, alternating with 30 seconds of music at 122 BPM, a slightly faster walking tempo. A total of 40 sets (60 minutes) are included.
If you exercise to the tempo of this music, 40 sets will be equivalent to running more than 4km, and if you continue for three months, it will be effective in weight loss.
We have also received many encouraging reports of successful weight loss from monitors who are slightly overweight.
