Numerous books have been published on HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) recently, and the media has been focusing on it. HSPs, sometimes referred to as "sensitive people," are highly sensitive and have a heightened ability to perceive and process information from their senses of hearing, sight, touch, and smell. Due to their national character, it is said that a relatively high percentage of Japanese people fall into this category. HSP is not a "disease" but a "temperament," and they are able to notice subtle changes that others might not notice, offering numerous benefits in work and life. However, the overwhelming amount of information input often leaves people feeling exhausted and at a loss for what to do, leading to feelings of anxiety and low self-esteem. This content features ambient music with soft tones and gradual, minimal variations that are easy to listen to even for those sensitive to sound stimuli.
