About logging in
I can't log in.
If your email address or password is incorrect, you will not be able to log in. If you have forgotten your password, please apply for a reissue by clicking "Forgot your password?"

What types of payments are available?
We accept credit card payments, PayPal, Paidy, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, and carrier payments.

Credit card payment
We accept the following cards. Payment in full is also possible.

PayPal
Simply register your credit card or debit card or set up direct debit at your bank and you can conduct transactions using only your ID and password.

Paidy deferred payment (Paidy)

Rakuten Pay
You can place an order using the credit card information registered to your Rakuten ID.
To use this service, you must register as a Rakuten member.
Payment will be made via Rakuten Pay, and the payment will be charged to Rakuten Pay based on the date the product is shipped.
Payment terms, closing dates, and withdrawal dates vary depending on the credit card registered with Rakuten Pay.

Carrier payment ( Softbank lump sum payment, au easy payment, d payment (Docomo payment) )
The payment will be billed together with your mobile phone bill at the time determined by your mobile phone company, so it will be based on that payment deadline. (Please follow the payment method of each carrier.)
Can you issue a receipt?
If you would like a receipt, please register as a member before purchasing. You can download it from your "My Page."
About purchases and returns
Can I cancel my order, exchange or return an item?
We cannot accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed due to customer convenience, nor can we accept exchanges or changes to your order.

<Downloadable product>
Due to the nature of downloadable products, we cannot accept returns or refunds even if the product has not been downloaded or used. Please make sure to check your own operating environment before purchasing.

<CD products>
Returns and refunds cannot be accepted even if the product has not been opened or used.

<Miscellaneous goods>
We cannot accept returns or refunds even if the product has not been opened or used. Please make sure that the size and color are correct before purchasing.
Inquiries regarding ordered products, such as not receiving the product, receiving the wrong product, or the product being damaged.
Please contact us using the inquiry form . In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective, we will replace it at our expense, including shipping and handling fees.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

After checking, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the item.

Can I use the CDs and music I purchase in the store?
Copyright and Neighboring Rights Commercially available music CDs contain the rights of the lyricists and composers who created the music (copyright), as well as the rights of the singers, performers, and record producers (neighboring rights), and these rights are protected by copyright law.

As a result, if you wish to use audio from a commercially available CD for purposes other than personal use, you will need permission from the copyright holder (such as a copyright management company) as well as the neighboring rights holder (such as a record company).

About Shipping
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free. *Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.
When will the product arrive?
Once your order is received, it will usually be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so we do not ship on these days.

As a general rule, deliveries are made via Yamato Transport's "Nekoposu" service, which delivers items to your mailbox, so delivery should take approximately 2 to 5 days.

Shipping is only available within Japan.
Can you gift wrap it?

About the download service.
You can download songs up to two times
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a URL that can be used to download the product up to two times.
(If you are a member, the same URL is also listed in "Order History" on "My Page.")

Clicking on the URL will begin downloading the audio data in a compressed folder (zip folder).
Extract the downloaded compressed folder, extract the MP3 data, and enjoy the music.

*For iPhone
The download procedure is the same as above, but for playback, you will need to import the music into iTunes on your computer, then after syncing it to your iPhone, you can enjoy it using the standard Music app.

*The method for unzipping the compressed folder varies depending on the device you are using.

If you cannot view the audio file after downloading, the following problems may be the cause.
The Zip file cannot be unzipped.
I don't know where the downloaded data is saved.
