Murmuring ~ Symphony of Clear Streams

A symphony of clear streams that nurture life.

The refreshing sound of water cleanses the soul... A gift from the sky and earth, the murmur of the Reiwa stream echoes throughout the area.

The popular Dela nature sound series, "Nature Sound Gallery."

This time, all tracks were newly recorded between 2021 and 2023, some 30 years after the first Seseragi was released in 1994 .

The precious sounds of water in Japan, such as those found in World Heritage sites like Shirakami-Sanchi and Yakushima, are recorded with a high level of realism using Dela's original microphones.

Also great for yoga, meditation, or relaxing after waking up.

1. Late Summer Stream ~ Shirakami-Sanchi, Anmon River (Aomori Prefecture) - Approx. 11 minutes

The Anmon River is a tributary of the Iwaki River, a first-class river that represents Tsugaru, and flows through the Shirakami-Sanchi World Heritage Site.
The clear stream, polished by the forest, sparkles in the slanting afternoon light.
In the shade of the trees, small birds were chatting to each other as if reminiscing about the hot summer.

2. Whisper of Water ~ Okama Benzaiten Road, Ninoashizawa (Kanagawa Prefecture) - approx. 9 minutes

Ninoashizawa is located in Nanasawa, Atsugi City, in the Oyama mountain range.
We came across a small stream that flows alongside the approach to Benzaiten, a shrine worshipped for bringing rain to the area.
Although it is not a well-known stream, it seems to gently whisper about the ancient history of people and water.

3. Valley running through the forest - Yakushima, Miyanouradake National Forest (Kagoshima Prefecture) - approx. 11 minutes

Yakushima is an island that receives so much rain that the wandering author Fumiko Hayashi wrote in her novel "Floating Clouds" that "it rains 35 days a month."
It rained the day before the recording.
When it rains, there are flows everywhere.
The water flows from Miyanoura-dake, Kyushu's highest peak, which rises steeply from sea level, through the granite rocks and returns to the sea.

4. Study of Clear Streams - Oirase Gorge and Yorosawa (Aomori Prefecture) - Approx. 9 minutes

A moist, full-bodied sound of water with plenty of air.
Upstream of Yorozawa, which forms Kumoi Falls, a famous waterfall that flows into the Oirase Gorge, we came across a gentle, rich stream that meandered through the trees.
The piled up fallen leaves also seemed to be sleeping with the rippling water as their pillow.

5. Sumiaki no Izumi to Yakushima Ohkabu Trail (Kagoshima Prefecture) - approx. 10 minutes

The Wilson Stump is a huge Yakusugi stump.
A very small stream flowing into a nameless spring nearby.
The sound of water is so faint that no one would notice it, making a pleasant contrast with the sounds of the forest.
In the second half, you can hear the sounds of wrens singing about the fresh greenery of spring, giving you a sense of the lovely side of the forest.

6. Morning Stream and Birds - Tatsuno Town, Shidareguri Forest (Nagano Prefecture) - Approx. 7 minutes

A morning scene I came across in a wide open space in the forest on the shores of Lake Suwa.
The unique echoing sound of the water and the silky sound of the water flowing between the small pebbles are beautiful.
Drawn by the lively singing, I looked up at the trees and saw a variety of birds celebrating the beginning of summer.
