This album was supervised by marimo, a confectionery researcher active in various fields, and features original recipes as well as music perfect for listening to during sweets and tea time.

The music was provided by Peach Conception, a band that works across borders with the theme of Love & Peace.

The album contains 12 songs, including jazzy and sweet piano arrangements of pop numbers and original songs, sure to brighten up your sweets and tea time.

This music project, themed around "Love & Peace," is by pianist Momo and French guitarist Christophe Maurice. Their music conveys a message of peace through a comfortable groove backed by their excellent performance and arrangement skills, exquisitely woven improvisation, and a sweet and pop sound with a touch of jazz. A confectionery researcher and confectionery hygiene specialist, she is also the owner of marimo cafe. After graduating from university, she worked for a major printing company while studying confectionery at the International Confectionery College's correspondence course. She then attended several confectionery classes before going independent in 2015. In addition to running her own confectionery classes, she is also active in a wide range of fields, including magazines, books, television, and radio appearances, and developing recipes for companies. She is also well-known for her photography, providing photos for camera magazines and appearing at events.
