"Jewelry music that soothes the soul"

■With COVID-19, the size of the domestic jewelry market is gradually expanding.
In 2020, due to the spread of the new coronavirus, the size of the domestic jewelry retail market fell sharply to 83.2% compared to the previous year (according to Yano Research Institute).

However, in 2021, it is predicted to recover significantly, at 117.4% compared to the previous year, and this trend will continue thereafter.

This is said to be due to revenge spending following the reduction in spending on eating out, travel, events, etc. due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Another factor is thought to be the "demand for bonds" that has arisen as people have fewer opportunities to go out and spend more time with family and other close relatives.

■The stories behind each gemstone, including its origins, history, and meaning, are expressed through music, allowing you to feel a bond between them.
The music for this work was created by Yuriko Toda, a composer who has produced music for many TV dramas and films, and was inspired by the legends, history, and meanings associated with each of the 12 birthstones.

The result is a three-dimensional piece with a strong storyline, something only a soundtrack composer could achieve.

The illustrations are by CYON, a notable illustrator who won the runner-up prize at the Copic Award 2021.

Combined with music, it expresses the mysterious and soothing world of jewels, evoking various bonds such as marital love and friendship.
